Bluetooth doesn't work anymore

Yesterday bluetooth was working just fine with my little JBL speaker, but before going to bed I launched the update manager and it told me that there was an important update (400mb), so I made that update and now my bluetooth can’t even be activated anymore.
Weirder, hcitools dev returns absolutely nothing and rfkill list just returns this :

0: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no

any idea ? I tried to install a package named blueman but it didn’t changed anything
