Better Config multi virtualhost

Hi i had using few shared host and i decided to move them to single vps , i have ubuntu 18.04 server (LAMP) vps now and use virtualmin cp . I have 2 questions :
1 – in shared hosts when one site crash other sites in that server wont crash but in vps all virtualservers crash when one fail (like db stop working)

2 – in shared hosts when site crash , the service that cause crash will restart automatically , but in vps i should restart (ex restart mysql) manually .

Can i config vps to have advantages of shared hosts ?
