Ask Ubuntu Asked by Anton on September 5, 2020
How do I restore with the most recent backup? I restored the saved data to another computer. I needed some files so I restored using the most recent backup point offered: 5/2020. All was successful. However, I now need work I backed up in early August, 2020. I KNOW the files are there because I’ve backed up successfully at least a dozen times since 5/2020.
Both laptops are running 18.04LTS.I use the standard "Backups" included. I’ve never had a problem. I opened up the folder containing the backed up data, but there appears no way to identify individual files.
How can I restore the files from my most recent backup?
Thank you.
