How to stop auto spelling suggestions when looking up a word in the dictionary via force-click

For example, I saw the word "boujee", force-clicked to see what it meant, and got a dictionary definition of "bout", which doesn’t help at all. If the dictionary has nothing, I’d rather get nothing than some random other word.

Any way to force the dictionary to only look up exactly what the word is?
