Apple TV 4th gen no sound after 48 hours

I have a few Apple TV’s scatted around my site
the reported issue from a user: When air playing to the apple TV I get picture but no sound

Troubleshooting:

• The user’s output was selected as the apple TV -> Video: Yes – Sound: No
• The apple TV had the HDMI cable disconnected and reconnected -> Video: Yes – Sound: No
• Power cycled (AC disconnected, Wait 30 seconds, AC reconnected) the Apple TV -> Video: Yes – Sound: YES

A few days later the same issue was reported by a different user:

• Updated the apple TV to the latest from 13.3.1 to 13.4.8 -> Video: Yes – Sound: YES

I then checked on it a few days later, same issue:

• Power cycled the Apple TV -> Video: Yes – Sound: YES

A few more days later, same issue:

• Wiped the Apple TV -> Video: Yes – Sound: YES

2 days later I checked on it, same issue:

• Using the apple TV remote I restarted the device from the system -> Video: Yes – Sound: YES

After another 2 days I replaced the Apple TV with a different one that was purchased at the same time and set it up the same.
I then checked on it after 2 days and same issue has video no sound.

I have tried different Apple TV’s Different Mac OSx versions and devices
Different:

• Apple TV’s
• Mac OSx Versions and Devices
• iPad OS Versions and Devices

Please help hive mind what can i try next?
