Why Did I get Kicked

I have a Microsoft account that i was working on and then all of a sudden i couldn’t sign in. I don’t know what to do I have no clue which email it’s on i went through every single one of the 5 email account that i have access to and none of them worked. and now all of my work is done it just kicked me out as of 1.16.2 and i’m stuck in that screen that says your name is Steve because you don’t have a account. Please someone help me fix this issue.

Edit: As of now I have no clue what to do so i am just gonna bite the bullet and stop playing on that account thank you if you tried to help me

Edit 2: Well I signed into a diff account after saving to device and my world just switched account lol so know i just have a diffrent gamer tag thx to the person that commented the whole time i was being stoopid
