Using commands in a different Minecraft multiverse-core world. (Minecraft Java Edition)

I was wondering if there was a way to use a command in one world that happen in another world. (With multiverse-core) In particular I would like to do a custom plugin command. This will be in a server, so I need something automatic. I don’t mind if I have to use a plugin, or a command, or many commands. Also my server is hosted on aternos, so the answer must be compatible with aternos.
