transparent lines in 3d held item in minecraft

so whenever i hold a sword, bow, or any 3d item there are transparent lines in them. it is really disturbing, and i would like to fix it. this happens to me with every x(16x,32x, etc) texturepack, but the super visible lines are in the high res texturepacks. the one im using right now is the blush texture pack from looshy. anyways, i think maybe something from this video did something to with the lines:

i dont remember this happening to me quite a while ago… i only remember this happening to me around july or this month. and ive been doing stuff that affects minecraft like clients, mods for forge(i dont use forge anymore), texturepacks, etc. if you can help, i would really appreciate it. and yes, i have tried the hard edges thing but when i zoom into it, its already hard. (im sorry if this sounded intimidating)
