Transfer to inventory controls not working in Kingdom Come: Deliverance

I am trying to transfer my goods to the inventory box, but using button E is not working. It works once on pressing it 10-15 times. Long press E to transfer everything is working, but I do not want to transfer everything. What do I do?

I am trying to transfer the goods to the box which is next to my bed in Rattay mill.
