The sims 2 munchie bot bug

Problem:
I’m playing the sims 2 ultimate collection.
The problem is with the Munchie Bot. It malfunctioned and before I could turn it off it brought many ‘Serving Platter’, problem is that I can’t delete or clean them, I can move them with the hand tool but can’t get rid of them.

I tried (From suggestions I found on the internet):

• cleaning with the sim, maid and butler.
• Using MoveObjects cheat.
• placing the platter on a table and deleting it.

Nothing works.

What I need:

• Is there any patch that solves this? where can I find it?
• Is there any other method, cheat that solves this?
