PS4 controller light stuck in Bluetooth

I was playing cold war and my controller disconnected and went to Bluetooth mode. I checked all of my devices and its not connected. I found out my controller can turn on my PS4 but the buttons dont do any thing they dont work. The light on the controller is light blue when its supposed to be dark blue.
