My PS4 won't turn on

I have had my PS4 for quite some time. But now whenever I try turning it on, the controller keeps blinking blue. I tried charging it, but it still won’t turn on. I unplugged and plugged the cord, but it STILL didn’t work! Is there a fix to this tech issue?
