My Playstation plus membership is not working on my account, but it’s working on my younger brothers account (same Playstation).
He paid for 12 months in December 25, 2018 and can play FUT Champions in FIFA, but I cannot.
If you want to use your brothers PS+ membership he needs to set that PS4 to his primary PS4.
To do your brother needs to sign into his account and go to Settings
Then go to the PSN menu
Then select "Activate as Your Primary PS4"
Then select "Activate"
This should share PS+ with all of the accounts
