My controller is not working on my ps4

So when I turn my ps4 pro on which is only a few weeks old the light bar on my remote turns on but I can move interact with the screen it’s like my remote isn’t connected but I’ve tried it with 3 different ones and it’s the same thing I’ve tried resetting the remote and ps4 but nothing is working
