Is it possible to get labyrinth keys without having to buy them?

Currently I have only seen labyrinth keys available to buy in the shop from the travelling merchant. However, these are quite expensive to buy at 5000 doubloons.

Is there any other way to obtain the keys? Can they be found in chests, or other searchable items?
