"Invalid ZIP Archive" message whilist trying to make a resource pack

I am trying to make a .mcpack resource pack for Bedrock 1.14, but every time I try to import it I get a "Invalid ZIP Archive" message. I have done my research and looked up how to resolve this issue, but all of the shown solutions on Youtube and stuff do not seem to work, Minecraft still throws the error. How would I go about making this resource pack actually compatible with the game?
