How to store the result of the command time query daytime into a scoreboard

I want to make a command system that will check the time of day and store the result into a scoreboard or run a command unless the time is between 4000 and 8000.

I used the following command to create the scoreboard:

scoreboard objectives add time dummy

I have tried the command execute store success score @a but i would not know how to complete the command
