How to prevent invincible guys from spawning?

I have been playing through SUPERHOT: MIND CONTROL DELETE and while I have been having quite a hard time with it, I have still been having fun. I recently just encountered my first invincible guy, and it has made the game a lot tougher for me, to the point of being unpleasant.

Is there any way to prevent it from spawning, in-game, or by playing around in the game’s files? If not, are there any actions I can take to make it spawn less often?
