Normal files? MCworld files you can just double click it. If they are zip files, double click it. If there is one folder inside of it, then right click it and click "extract here." Then zip the folder. If there is multiple folders and files, then either change the file extension (rename the the .zip part to .mcworld) it to .mcworld and double click it, or extract it and drop it into minecraftWorlds folder.
