How can I transfer saves across platforms in Clicker Heroes

Hey I was just wondering if it is possible to transfer a Clicker Heroes save on PC to PS4? Any answers? I have not tried yet but I am confused on how you would. If you didn’t already know, Clicker Heroes uses a word file for a save and I don’t know how you would transfer that to a PS4.
