How can I run eFootball lite 2021 on 640*480 resolution?

When I open the settings file, the lowest resolution that I can find is 1280*720! How can I choose a lower resolution?

I right-clicked the exe file that opens the game trying to change the compatibility settings but that option was grayed out.

Is there an easy way to do it?
