How can i activate cheats on Talos Principle?

Okay I think I found a solution (hopefully you can test for me, I don't have it installed right now).

This was harder to find than I expected. Looking up "Talos Principle Console Commands" I couldn't find a nice overview like you get with most games.

That said, I found this steam discussion about activating the fly cheat. The solution seems to be:

In console insert cht_bEnableCheats = 3 which will enable developer cheats. Fly cheat is L on keyboard I think, you can press F3 while in menu (not the main one) for the full list.

The console should be opened with the ` key.

Note that this disables achievements for that save file, even if you disable the cheats again. You would need to start from a save before the cheats were turned on to get achievements again.
