dualshock not connecting or turning on

Sorry For my bad english
I have a dualshock 4 controller that wont turn on Ive change the usb port the ribbon cable and even the battry but when I plug it in the Ps4 nothing shows up when I press the PS button while its conneted via usb cable a blue light starts blinking but without the cable nothing shows up only with cable the blue light blinks when I connect it to the Pc I get the error device not recognized Ive also change the Condective Film and It didnt work The dual shock Model is TH201 I have test the charging port on another controller and its ok So I dont know what else to do
