Dualshock 4 V2 stopped working wireless

Recently when i was about to turn on my ps4 with my controller, it did not work. I tought it was out of battery so i connected the cable. But still my ps4 controller did not get any power from the ps4. So when i turned on the ps4 manually it started to light orange, but when i turned it on it blinked white a couple of times then it turned orange again.

I let the controller charge for 1 hour but the problem was still there. So i changed the internal battery and charging port, but it still does not work. I have tried the hard reset, deleting the bluetooth connection and turning off the ps4 completely.

I dont want to spend more money on ps4 controllers, please help.
