Dualshock 4 not turning on

I have a PS4 controller that works connected to PC (wired connect) and PS3 (also wired), when connected to PS4 it only charges. Exchanged the battery with a still-perfectly-working one. Tried resetting holding Share&PS, the small reset on the back, and even took it apart and cleaned board and buttons.

Blue ligth when connected to PC and Orange-ish in PlayStation.
Pressing the PS button does nothing, connected or not.
It worked perfectly just before using it wired to PC

Anyone has any idea what could be wrong with it?
