CSGO - Discord - Twitch Studio problems: no overlay and impossible to capture only the game

I realized several months ago that my Discord overlay was not displaying when playing at CSGO.

I thought the problem was coming from Discord, so I tried a lot of things that I found on internet

• Run Discord as Administrator
• Reinstall Discord

But after that it was still not working.

Then I tried to stream my game, using Twitch Studio. I realized that it was impossible to select the "Full screen app" as a used to do in the past.

Those 2 problems made me think that the problem was coming from CSGO itself and not Discord or Twitch Studio.

I found that the stream problem was due to the recent update, because Valve tried to improve the anti-cheat system by forbidding any app to interact with CSGO. But launching the game with -untrusted or -allow-third-party-software would make the stream work but will prevent me to play on VAC servers (competitive matches).

Does somebody already has the same 2 problems and how did you fix it ?
