Changing discs description

I have a music resource pack installed, but the names are still the vanilla ones, there isn’t a .lang file, and other resource packs that have .lang files, all have different textures than the vanilla ones. I already saw a tutorial, but I didn’t understand it.

If it’s helpful, I’m using MultiMC launcher.
