Can I protect my planets from a supernova?

I created a solar system with a B0 star. I had a gas giant orbiting at 80 AU (almost the maximum distance) and a gas giant orbiting at 10 AU. When the B0 star went supernova, both planets were destroyed. How do I stop my planets from being destroyed, or is there no way to save them?
