Are there any side content content lock out points in Judgement for the ps4?

Judgement for the ps4 made by the people who also made the Yakuza series. I am wondering if there are side quests that are only complete-able at certain points in the story and become unavailable thereafter.

Doesn't look like it. The game lets you carry on after the main story.
