Accented voice lines in Ghost Recon Wildlands PVP?

How do I get the voice lines with accents in GRW PvP?

I hear others using them sometimes and they sound like they’re different ethnicities or kinda like a bit sillier than the standard voice lines?

Does anyone know how I can get these voice lines?
