How to Customizer CSS in upload folder and removed from html head section in wordpress?

Basically, I’m at WordPress when I customize my active theme it shows an addition CSS box form front end CSS so I want to save another file in the upload folder when I publish save it and remove my style file from the HTML, head section to avoid rendering the file twice.

I can create a duplicate additional css section then how can I do this?
