Using Image Downloader for capturing multiple Trello files, gives me background pic instead of files attached to the open card

I want to download multiple files from within a Trello cards at one time. I looked at the forum and found the Image Downloader solution. However ID gives me the files associated with the background pictures used on boards and not the files from the open card. I tried changing the specifies but I am just guessing. Any help would be appreciated.
