MS teams bot to add people to group chats

I’ve been looking around and trying to develop a bot, but I think I’ve hit a stop, as I’m not sure the functionality is supported currently.

The idea was to add a bot to a group chat, f.e "Chat example1".
Then if someone has the reference to the chat, he can message the bot with "example1", after which the bot will add him to the group chat.

Is this at all plausible within teams currently?
