Use listoffigures restricted to specific section / subsection

I have a document that includes multiple sections in an Appendix. One of these sections is an appendix with extra figures that don’t fit in the main text of the document. Ideally, this section would start with a list of figures, restricted only to those that are in my extra appendix. Any advice would be helpful! Here is my MWE:

I would want to have a list of the figures 
here that includes the figure below, but not 
the ones in the main text.

Ideally, do the same for tables! :)
