Bibliography styling issues with Biblatex

I’m currently working on a report in latex and I need to use Harvard-style referencing with the bibliography styled as in the below image.

However, I’m having many issues replicating this exact style. Firstly, the bibliography should be in size 10pt to save space, for which I have used this:

usepackage{biblatex}
addbibresource{projectpaper.bib}
AtNextBibliography{footnotesize}

I still need the references to be sorted alphabetically by surname, the spacing in between separate references to removed, and to apply hanged indenting. Any help would be much appreciated as I’m quite lost on how to proceed with this.
