Splitting a video with ffmpeg loses first video frames

I have a long video that I need to split into shorter videos, I use the following:

ffmpeg -v quiet -y -i input-file.mp4 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -ss 00:00:00 -t 00:60:00 -sn clip1.mp4 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -ss 00:59:59 -t 00:60:00 -sn clip2.mp4 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -ss 01:58:59 -t 00:60:00 -sn clip3.mp4 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -ss 02:557:59 -sn clip4.mp4

In all clips the audio is fine but in clip1 the first 10 seconds there’s not picture, in the next clip there’s no picture for first 7 sec and in clip4 the image starts after 1 sec.

Any suggestions?
