What library do I need to download files from my Galaxy Note 10 to my PC via C#?

The MediaDevices package from NuGet is supposed to do this, but it doesn’t. The DownloadFiles() function throws "Not Implemented" exceptions. So, what is there that can do this?

This is for a C# application that can potentially download hundreds of files and sort them into the folders I need them to go to on my computer. Therefore, suggestions such as Dropbox or Google Drive or E-mail won’t help me.
