Is there any free wysiwyg editor available for Angular 9+ that allows a user to display images via de img html tag?

I’ve checked openbase.io to see the top wysiwyg editors for Angular https://openbase.io/packages/top-angular-wysiwyg-editor-libraries

But all of them require you to upload any image that you want to use in your post/comment. I need an editor that allows the user to display an image by url via the img tags.

Does anyone know of such an editor? It needs to be a free one.
