azure networking, azure mover failed

Yesterday on azure I’ve used the Azure Mover to move resources to another region. This has failed, and nothing seems to work.Possibility to recover before use of the Aeure Mover ? Apparently the vnet has been destroyed, create another one to connect sql server to apps accessing datas, doesn’t seem to work. Apparently there seems to have an issue with the configuration of applicationInsight in the apps. Apps don’t seem to start (correctly) …

Any ideas ?
