I have got a requirement to hide case owner field from ‘recently viewed cases listview’. Is it possible to achieve this requirement?
Yes it is possible. If you are a system admin, there should be a edit button beside the list view dropdown menu. Click on it and select/remove fields to display in "Step 3"
