A person with high IQ might be good at solving puzzles with determined rules, but are not necessarily able to deal with complicated real world problems with limited knowledge, limited resources, and unknown rules. Allocating a person’s limited resource into the most important area is one of the keys to success.
Is there a "quotient" or a psychological measure that measures a person’s ability of making a correct strategic decision, either through thinking or through a subconscious process?
