Magento2.3.2 & Varnish 5 Cache issue

Magento2.3.2 & Varnish Cache issue using Varnish 5.2

Following is my varnish.params

When I run the cmd it doesn’t seem to me that varnish is working. This is after I replace default.vcl contain with varnish.vcl
