SVG created by QGIS Profile tool won't scale to include the vertical units!

I exported an svg image from the QGIS Profile tool but when I go to use it in a Picture on a map layout it will not scale to show both the X and Y units. It’s like they are not considered as part of the svg image for zoom or stretch purposes. Any thoughts? Photos attached.
