SHP file of GDAM polygon of my country to my ASSETS not match the map base borders in GEE

I upload GDAM polygon of my country as shp file to my ASSETS but as layer this borders not match the map base of GEE. Other source Geofabrik OSM shp files are exactly the same as on GEE, but they are not completed for North Macedonia. I try to save GDAM shp with WSG84 EPSG:3857 and no change.
On picture is GDAM shape over OSM and over basic map on GEE.
Any advice?
