New layer not showing up on map

I am using QGIS3

I have GeoSON layer that is not showing up on my canvas.

When I zoom to the layer it zooms to a point that is very far from the rest of my map features.

I would like the ‘browfeild’ layer to be in line with the other features which are where the red dot is on the satellite map !area where browfeild layer should be]2
