Manually scale polygon feature in QGIS

I want to manually scale selected polygon feature in QGIS so I don’t need to set any parameters, just click on the feature and scale it moving the mouse. In ArcGIS there is a Scale tool. I want the same thing for QGIS. Note that I don’t need v.transform and Affine plugin. As I said I want to scale it manually.
