Extracting building footprints with classified LiDAR data using ArcGIS Pro

What is the best tool or workflow available to create building footprints with LiDAR data?

I have used the 3D Mapping with Lidar Point Clouds code samples.

Are there other methods or tools available, or has someone improved the aforementioned tool?

I am not using imagery, only Point Clouds. However, I do have some older parcel data.
