ArcGIS API 3 Edit access ghost lines geometry

So my question is how does one get ghost line geometry while editing vertices using esri/toolbars/edit?

I would like to get the geometry of the ghost vertexes that are being drawn while moving the mouse in edit mode. However, it seems impossible for me to get it while in the mode of editing. Events on the map do not help (mouse-move or drag not recognized while editing) and the event on vertex-move gives me only information about the vertex geometry at its starting point the whole time while moving ghost lines(??).

Does anyone have any idea how could I get coordinates or graphic of ghost lines while editing?
