Correcting parentheses in APA style with combined information and citation

I need to correct the following sentence in APA style:

Training new clinical psychologists might seem like a logical response to this shortfall: however, the minimum training time to be a clinical psychologist is 6 years

Is it simply a matter of combining all 3 parentheses into one and adding a hyphen or dash after "registration"? To read:

(4 years honors and 2 years provisional registration- AIHW internship, Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, 2016).
