Unidentified Image error while loading images on Google Colab

I’m writing a code to make movie genre classification with movie posters.
I opened a github repository where I put all the posters and cloned it on Colab. Until here, eveything works fine.
When I’m trying to load the pictures from the path in order to put them in an array , I get this error :

UnidentifiedImageError: cannot identify image file <_io.BytesIO object at 0x7f27dc3a1468>

When I tried with anoter dataset, it worked fine, but for this one , it doesn’t work.
